1. What have you learned from your time doing your current role?
I always subscribe to the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. When we are allowed to focus and work as a team we can accomplish amazing things!
On more of a personal note, the most impactful skill that I have learned is how to do Project Design. This is the act of looking at a project during the early planning stages differently and identifying more viable directions.
2. What is a trait/attribute that makes you valuable to ALC/RRT?
I believe that my willingness to do the things that others may not want to tackle is my best trait. My ability to project manage and lead by removing as many roadblocks as possible enables the team to be successful. I enjoy facilitating various aspects of leadership development and team building.
3. What do you enjoy most about your job and why?
The opportunity to work with such an amazing team! The ALC Tech Department has been one of the best teams that I have ever worked with throughout my career. The amount of talent and depth of knowledge within such a small team is unsurpassed. It challenges me in different ways every day! It is the team and the relationships that I truly value and appreciate.
The entire ALC team is proud to call Milt Steiner a teammate and we hope that we can all take a little bit of his playbook into everything we do!
