Way to go!
1. How long have you been with ALC? What have been some of your favorite moments with the company so far?
I joined ALC in June 2020 as Account Manager in the Kansas City office. I moved here from Nashville, TN and it was my first time moving away from my home base. It’s been quite a journey, and I’ve had so many great experiences with the company, mainly working on various projects around the Midwest territory. I’ve spent a lot of time in Kansas, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Illinois meeting with SPs, districts, drivers and my ALC colleagues. Each experience has been memorable and unique, but my favorite moments have been working in-person alongside John Hayes. John is the embodiment of the word “GO” and knows how to make work fun and entertaining without even trying. All my experiences working with John have been productive and, yes, great fun!
2. What is a favorite quote that inspires you and why?
“The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now.”
This quote inspires me to focus on the potential for future growth – that’s always there – and serves as a reminder that today might be a great day to begin something I’ve been putting off.
3. What are 3 words that best describe ALC?
4. Is there anything else you’d like to share?
During my time with ALC, I’ve met many wonderful people, made lifelong friends, and accomplished a lot with the help of a talented team. I’m grateful for the many mentors I’ve had at ALC for having always steered me in the right direction. Not only with the company in mind, but also my own personal growth and professional development. I appreciate those individuals very much.
